Kendall is a Virginia native who recently moved to the capital region with her husband and two fur babies. She studied Interior Design and Art History at James Madison University in Virginia. After graduating she worked as a store manager and in-home design consultant for a local fabric and interiors showroom. Through her experience as a manager in a small business atmosphere she was able to learn the many facets of business and customer service. Kendall’s experience with a wide variety of clients in a range of budgets emphasizes her motto that “no matter your square footage and budget beautiful homes inspire, so surround yourself with beauty.”
Kendall’s experience in the world of retail furniture merchandising developed her staging skills. Staging is much like merchandising, working with the puzzle pieces given to create an enjoyable and appealing atmosphere. Working with clients to stage their homes for sale became a passion of Kendall’s when her parents decided to sell her childhood home to downsize. From there the rest is history, and Kendall began working with clients and friends to prepare their homes for sale. Moving and selling a house can be stressful enough - let Kendall help you to prepare your home to sell with her staging process.
Outside of staging and interior design Kendall enjoys staying active in the gym and on the field playing as many sports as she can! She spends her free time sewing and crafting as well as planning parties and events for her family and friends. Recently, Kendall and her husband Brad welcomed a new baby boy to her house, who keeps her very busy! Her two miniature dachshund’s, Tater and Chip, keep her and Barrett company with kisses and cuddles every day!
